Vlad started swimming from a young age and progressed to competing at county level, which deepened his love and appreciation for the sport. 

Over time, he decided to expand his passion by teaching children how to swim, as he believes it’s an essential life skill that everyone should have. The most rewarding part of teaching for Vlad is watching each child grow from a non-swimmer into a confident and competent swimmer. 

Vlad is an STA fully qualified teacher and holds his STA Swim Teachers Rescue Test. He uses his experience in competitive swimming to challenge swimmers to reach their potential.
